Hey everyone, Virus here today I’m writing a review for Sniper Elite 3. I will start by saying this game is FUN! I didn’t know how it was going follow Sniper Elite 2 but it did but didn’t. The game starts off with a cut scene and your the same protagonist from Sniper Elite 2 but it don’t directly follow Sniper Elite 2 this entry follows WW2 in Africa colonized and invaded Africa in 1941.The game is sorta of short with 8 missions in total and the missions ranging in the hour and thirty mins mark unless your playing on Sniper Elite/Authentic difficulty. The maps are better in this entry then in Sniper Elite 2 the maps are a lot bigger and open giving you multiple approaches to how you want to do the mission you are on.

There are a few new weapons and some weapons missing from SE 2 the new rifle is the Lee Enfield MK. III the returning rifles are The ghwer 43, carcano, and the M1 grand there are many other rifles if you have certain DLC packs. The SMGs in the game are the same in Sniper Elite 2 excluding the PPSh the list is as following for the base game Thompson, Sten Mk. 2, The pistols are the same basically as well with the Welrod, Luger and Webly Mk. The games narration and cut scenes are crisp and gripping the story has a few twist and turns that make for a great time the story is better then SE2.The graphics are way better as well then SE2 you will be able to tell the difference if your playing at high or ultra. the game also included multiplayer but is dead due to this being a early entry to the series and being dated a bit there is also a Sniper Range and also a challenge mode with two modes one being a wave based mode i never checked these out due to me recording for my “lets playthrough” series on my YouTube Gaming channel.

Sniper Elite 3. Sniper Elite V2 was better, but I can see in which direction they tried to go and it’s not bad. I enjoyed V2 and 3 in their own ways, however, I have to say that Sniper Elite 3 is very short. In fact, it only has 8 levels. I can’t recall how many levels Sniper Elite 4 has, but I don’t think it’s 8. It also feels like the levels are smaller than Sniper Elite 4. That said, I’m in the wrong for playing 4 before 3 xDWhat I love about their direction is that V2 was very linear in it’s story, whereas 3 give you the map and say to you: Do your objectives your way. Go loud, go silent. It really is all up to you and that’s what makes this game amazing.
